A table, a chair, a bowl of fruit and a violin; what else does a man need to be happy?

That is one of my favorite quotes from one of the most influential intellectuals in human history, Albert Einstein.
He also wrote:
“..it is my view that a vegetarian manner of living by its purely physical effect on the human temperament would most beneficially influence the lot of mankind.“
In his later years he wrote…
“So I am living without fats, without meat, without fish, but am feeling quite well this way. It always seems to me that man was not born to be a carnivore.”
Yes, Albert Einstein ate a plant based diet in the last years of his life. Although there may be not much conclusive research to support plant based diets and clarity of mind, you can simply try it for yourself. Have you ever heard someone use the term “brain food”? What humans eat affects the whole body including the brain. What happens when you eat a greasy burger and fries? You feel weighed down and sluggish, not quite as quick on your feet. You may not realize it, but your mind probably feels those effects too. Plant foods are the best “brain food” out there. Take note of how you feel mentally after you eat a meal based on meat versus a plant based meal.Try it for yourself. Dont just take Einstein’s word for it!

Well, if Mr. Einstein adhere to eating only plants then it must not be bad overall.
It’s vegetarianism expensive? Give some info on that.
Fascinating quote and perspective from one of the brightest men of all time. Great post!
